We hear a lot of noise. And most of it usually comes in the form of voices in our heads—thought distortions. This constant chatter isn’t helpful and can cause us to get stuck in our journeys.
Specifically, the next time you hear a thought, repeat, say, “That’s a thought.” Labeling your thought distortions as thoughts can take away their power and help turn down the noise.
