Body impermanent like spring mist;
Mind insubstantial like empty sky;
Thoughts unestablished like breezes in space.

Godragpa Sönam Gyeltshen (1182 CE-1261 CE), Godragpa Sönam Gyeltshen was a Tibetan master of Tibetan Buddhism. He is the founder of the Godrag Monastery on the upper Nyang River in Gyangzê and the Godrag school tradition, named after the monastery, an independent smaller school of Tantric Buddhism. He is one of the teachers of the Drugpa Kagyü master Yanggönpa. He invited Vibhuti Chandra from Balpo (Nepal) to Dingri.
