Daily quote

“What we need, is a way of gathering our awareness at the breath long enough to make the mind firm, and then go straight to examining how all formations are impermanent, unsatisfactory, and not-self, so that we can see the truth of all formations with each in-and-out breath. If you can keep at this continually, without break, your mindfulness will become firm and snug enough for you to give rise to the discernment that will enable you to gain clear knowledge and vision.”
