Life gives one a choice to live in a self fulfilling myth or to strive and live in reality. The first simple, easy and usually does not require a great deal of courage. The second is complex difficult and requires all the courage that one can muster.

Padmapani (1954-), Padmapani is a Dharma teacher, a disciple of the late Ven. Subhadra Goldwater. He has studied and practiced oriental medicine for the past 40 years and is one of the founding members of the the Path to Wisdom project.
