Sunday 20th December we discussed Dependent Origination and went into the concepts of "Whenever this is present, this is also present. Whenever this is absent, this is also absent." (Udana)
"From the arising of this, this arises.
From the cessation of this, this ceases to be.."(Udana) and how this can be applied for greater happiness in daily living.
