You could think of the mind as a field: Whatever you do and think—all of the actions that will lead to happiness or suffering—are like seeds or imprints that you plant in it. When conditions are ripe, a seed will sprout into an experience.



Trinlay Tulku Rinpoche (1975 CE-), Trinlay Tulku Rinpoche was born to an American mother and a French father who served many years in the French Parliament. His Holiness the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa recognized the 13-month-old Rinpoche as the reincarnation of an important Buddhist teacher. In 1978 he started the traditional training of tulkus under the guidance of the Venerable Kalu Rinpoche in India.
